Starting a new serious Ranked 5s team - Atleast Gold/plat +

I am a very dedicated player that is looking to form a 5s team thatll hopefully stay together for the whole season 5 to join some online tournaments and climb the ladder. You must be a positive player that is willing to improve both indivudually and as a team.Also i would like all players to be gold or above. We will be using skype primarely
