LF for dedicated members that can play 4-5 days a week. Prefer High Silver to Plat so everyone is similar ELO.

Every position is open except Jungle and we looking for a sub Top. We are looking for people that wont just quit after one bad game. As a new team there will be up's and down's. Also for the ability to drop solo que habits and focus on objectives.

I feel it is not as important that you make the correct decision every time but that you follow through with the plan as a team.
