LFM Gold/Plat for RANKED 5's - All Roles

Hello guys,

First things first, here is a list of things that I am looking for you to be on the team:

1. Only Plat and Gold apply, don't have to do provisional's yet but at least have been gold or plat in S5.
2. Must be able to play from 9:30pm EST to 1am EST on days we decide to play.
3. Have good communications and listening skills.
4. Must be 18+, just want mature adults to play with.
5. Must be able to accept feedback from teammates.

If you can't meet all the points just stop reading now. My hope for the team is we play in tournaments and in LCS style league once we get the final people. We will have subs because if people aren't showing up or pulling there own weight then you will be benched. I will be the support for the team. Please add me in game and fill the application below.
