LF Coaching..? Advice? Im crap at the game--But has it not simply turned into Elo Hell?

I need help improving on the game and I've accepted a loooong time ago that I'm complete shit at this game and possibly at life in general.
No improvements have been made in the course of 3 long years I've played.
I've reached out before and nobody has stuck around to really help.
So I'm reaching out again, for maybe the 4th or 5th time.
I'm looking for advice, but more along the lines of the things that have helped YOU,
in YOUR own personal experience.
I'm not looking for 10yr old basics.
I've played long enough to know what the word "gank", and the phrase "Freezing lane" means.
Basically, i need coaching, but nothing is free these days, and 'Ain't nobody got time for that.
Add me if you'd like to spectate my games and make some comments that way, or want to actually play a game with me to get a feel of what i do in terms of game play. Otherwise, post a helpful comment down below if you simply want to list some advice in general. Somethings better than nothing, with that, im sure. I've hit rock bottom and no-place else to go, other than up. Everybody plays differently, i respect that. You should, too.
I'm just aiming for gold. Nothing special. Prolly worse in smurf/pro's eyes, but not worse than bronze hell. Believe me.
For as long as i stay in elo hell, there is no way i can really get any better, because nobody around me is any better than i am.
