Plat 5 Mid/Top Lane Main looking for a serious ranked 5s team

Hello, I have played in a few ranked 5s teams now and even participated and placed well in a community league. I am now moving on from that team and looking for another serious ranked 5s team that is both competitive and fun to learn more and further grow my skill as a league of legends player. I am able to keep up with the meta and bring a lot to a team, I know I could work on my communication within a game but I believe that I can fix that with time and more experience.
