Silver Support LF Duo for New Season

In the new season, I plan on becoming the biggest tryhard in Silver so I can reach Gold ASAP. But, maining support, it's sort of hard to climb (at this elo especially). I'm looking for a duo partner that can accept my mistakes, but also accept his. A partner who can learn from every game as I try to, and who can develope a relationship in which we help eachother improve instead of just trying to beat the other team.
