LF Coach to Form a New Team

Hello there,

I am looking to form a Plat and higher team, with goals of competing in online weekly tournaments.

Before I get the team together, I want to get a coach in place that will help select the players.

Here is what I am looking for in a coach:

• Player evaluation; selecting the team
• Setting up practice; things to improve on
• Create team comps fitting the players champ pools
• One on One player coaching
