Shadrap Gaming Forming a New Team [Plat +]

Hello there,

I am looking to form a Plat and higher team, with goals of competing in online tournaments weekly.

Here is what I am looking for in players:

Consistently and punctually attend practices (will be 3 times a week plus tournaments)
Willing to work with a coach
Willing and able to communicate in game.
No raging or toxicity

I think whats most important to a team is dedication. You can not get better or work well with a team if you are not dedicated to improve yourself no matter how good you are, and take constructive criticism.

You should have priorities down and set short-term and long-term goals and focus on making a name for the team. Something I look out for is organizations, and I really need some feedback on my gameplay and a stable learning environment for my gaming career to kick off.

IGN: Bakka Role: Jungle Rank: Platinum III The most important thing to a teams success is the team willing to work together and cooperate/bond with one another. If teammates do not work well together then the team will not be as successful for the future in games/tournaments etc. If we all work together well then the team atmosphere would be better and players will be more comfortable with each other and more progress will be made towards the team as a whole.

Hey Diamond 5 Jungle main, been playing since season one, jungle main since season two, hit diamond 5 in ranked 5s last season with a team and many more over the seasons.

In my opinion there's a ton of things to go towards teams success, the most important to me is team synergy and trusting your teammates, following up on calls with 0 hesitation just makes things so much smoother. I have experience shot calling, mainly for the early-mid game. What i'm looking for is a solid group of players willing to learn and work as a unit.

With the recent changes to how diamonds can queue I have a plat smurf i would be willing to use with the team.

Hey Diamond 5 Top, jungle or support main. Was D5 last season as well as the current one.

I think the most important thing to a team is 'Drive'. The drive to be a better player. The drive to build up chemistry with team. The drive to be the best. The second thing in my opinion is 'trust'. A team has to build up trust and chemistry with each other. Especially the shot alter. Otherwise, a team that's has a trust issue it's pretty much a solo itself.
