Looking to Coach a small Tournament team

With experience coaching/tutoring in real life i'm looking to transfer that ability to the game I love. I'm looking to apply for/trial with preferably a team with a specific tournament or with one for the future so that I can our efforts progress and know my time will be taken seriously. My goals as a coach will be to set up pick and ban strategies, macro team play strategies, vod review as well as improving areas of team gameplay while promoting healthy criticsms between players, my end result will hopefully be through notes and time spent essentially have a playbook of multiple scenarios and ways to play out of them as well as gaining coaching experience.
