Bronze Player Looking For Help

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if someone would be willing to duo with me and show me what I'm doing wrong. I've been stuck in bronze for quite a while now, getting to my series and then failing miserably. I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong but I know that there has to be something since I'm still here. As far as I can tell my ward coverage is pretty good and my builds leave little to be desired in most areas. I think that it's something I am actually doing during the game, whether its making a bad play or something else I'm not sure.

Would anyone be willing to help me out of bronze but at the same time teach me how to correct whatever it is that I'm doing wrong?
