Starting serious 5's team (Silver 2+)

Hi all! So I've decided to start up a serious 5's team of my own. Tired of joining teams and people either not showing up to practices, or disbanding after a couple of losses.

Now when I say serious, I mean serious. I want to go over VOD reviews, I want to go over team comps, I want to go into the game with a serious attitude.

I will adc for the team, so currently I'm looking for a MID, TOP, JUNGLE, AND SUPPORT. I work from home so I'm constantly online, however I understand not everyone has that luxury. I would still like to play at least 4-5 games a day, 3-4 days a week. Practice times and days will be discussed once we have a permanent 5. If you've actually been reading this, put "ayylmao" where it says "420?".

There are several tournaments and LCS style tournaments that I'm looking into joining, so please be prepared to sit down and take practice seriously as a team.

I have a ts3 server that the team will use, or we can use CV. Either one works.
