looking for a ranked low tier team

Hello I'm looking for a ranked team :D ,here are some basic things about my profile and myself: I am 14, my name is Bryan Sanchez I've been playing league of legends for around 2 years and want to play with others who want to rise through the ranks,I am Level 30 Bronze V and i main mostly adc/top i wouldn't mind trying out for other lanes as well. I can join any kind of team as long as their is communication in any way such as (TeamSpeak, Ventrillo , Skype, or even text-ingame) In game I'm a very aggressive laner and can push enemies out of lane fast. I work really well with others as long as they are friendly or helpful, I would like to play with others and share moments with people on ranked teams and try my best in game!
