Top Laner Needed for Silver-Gold Ranked 5s Team

Hey guys, Th4tOneguy88 here.

My team is looking for a top laner who's in Silver or Gold, majority of our team is all Silver at the moment so we'd like someone of similar level. We communicate through Dolby, Curse, Skype, or Vent. We're looking to add a top laner to the team and someone who's regularly on. Champions preferred are going to be of course the tank meta. Someone who communicates well and pings with MIAs and understands lane pressure and objectives is more important than kills. We don't rage or hate on other players so we'd like someone whom is likeminded and is willing to work as a team member.
