Looking for Free Coaching to Get Over the PLAT-eau!

Looking for a coach preferably Diamond+ to help with getting to Diamond. I've plateaued in Platinum 4-5 the past 2 seasons and am currently working my way back up but would like some help getting up one more tier. Champions, runes, macro play, micro play suggestions are all welcome. Not asking for "hold my hand" coaching but more of an analysis of game play and areas to improve and work on from streams or recorded games.
