[LFG] [LFP] Bronze Top Laning Family man looking for non-toxic TEAM/individuals to grow with

Last night I realized something. The dynamic queue is straying me away from the game. I finished level 30 a month or so ago. I put Top as my main position in dynamic queue and have gotten to play it twice. On top of that, I constantly get verbally abused by toxic immature players when I make a mistake or get ambushed by four players.

I am actually an expert on developing teamwork skills and inter-team dynamics (day job). That was part of the initial appeal for the game. However, with five strangers, it is really difficult to get people to work as a team and have team cohesiveness.

In addition, I have a family, so I can only play Friday and Saturday nights.

I would like to find a team at the bronze - low silver level who could benefit from a top laner who can bring a team together.

From a teamwork POV, things I typically see people not take advantage or do well: Drafting: counterpicks and good bans.
Split push: I always see the opportunity for a split push, but cannot coordinate my team to get it done Dragon/baron: teams never go after the dragon (or help with the dragon) but always go after baron too early or at an inappropriate time. Helping each other out: people are always so worried about themselves dying, they never help out a team member in trouble. For example, they will see me surrounded by 3 others and could send over some CC, but run for the hills and complain that I died.
Good/effective cross communication: I admit, I have a tough time with this too, but would like to get better with teammates

I would like to play the game for fun. I have no ambition to go pro. But playing with toxic players is becoming less and less fun. I know I still have a lot to learn and grow (I am in bronze), but I think that is possible with a mature team.

Disclaimer: mature does not mean old. I am sure there are 30 year olds who are just as immature and toxic as a hormonal 13 year old. Vice-versa, I have met some very level headed, smart, mature teenagers.

I typically play a mixture of Olaf, Rammus, or Trundle (depending upon the situation).
