D5 Support looking for serious competitive team

I'm looking for a serious competitive team with structure and almost a full lineup. Was d2 in s4, d5 currently. Please don't contact me if you don't have at least 3 players set in stone. Please be at least Plat 1+, and have a good understand of your corresponding roles. Schedule is very flexible. Champ pool is as follows. Thresh Bard Alistar Annie Janna in order of best to worst (can play others to these are just 5)
