I am Nikrado, a veteran player with challenger series aspirations, and currently the team captain and mid laner. I lead a strong team with DIamond III+ players. We play in some events with our goal to get to challenger at the start of the season. The team is sponsored and we are working towards huge goals. To join this team you must be able to be coached and have strong team skills. This team is not for everyone. We have one goal. To improve and become the best.

I have played many different variations of this team, and most the players end up going pro or go to challenger with our coaching staffs help. There is no job security in this team, you perform or you are benched no exceptions, and this includes myself.

This teams current goal is to get atlesat diamond 3 in solo queue and participate in the challenger series tournament coming up, and try to perform in that. As part of the team you are here to be in the long haul. This is the best team if you want a serious team enviroment.

We have teams of analysts and some have had LCS/CS experience.

Summoner Name: Clix Age: 21 Current Rank: SQ: DV R5:DIV Highest Rank: SQDIII R5:Masters Top 5 Champs in Order: Rek'Sai, Lee Sin, Kha'Zix, Eve, Gragas Ever been on a serious amateur/pro team: Yes, many amateur Diamond V-I teams over 5 seasons. I was an assistant coach to an Challenger team that had ~350 LP, that is the closest I have been to working with LCS/World Class players.
If so why leave: The teams I have been on have fell apart due to lack of activity after a desired rank is achieved or social conflict of other players (not with me). I'm leaving the current team as I told them I would after the season ended to become a jungler as that is what I have been playing in solo queue and that is more suited to my analytical personality.
Why would you like to join the team: From what I can read form the excerpt above, I want to join the team because I feel like I would be a good fit, I have a personal goal of hitting challenger as a player since my highest "played" rank is only masters and would like to work with other individuals who think the same. Above all, I am applying for the team because I feel this is a good environment for me to learn and progress. Ever been coached: Yes, I have been coached on "how to coach" numerous times by a player much more skilled than me, as a player though,I have sadly not been coached.
One unique thing about your play: I personally believe I am an extremely consistent player as I'm more of a role player than a carry lord. I handle pressure pretty well and usually don't take desperation or panic plays. This combined with my laid back personality, I usually only instigate plays that I know/are at high odds of winning. This being said, having a consistent play-style also causes me to make the same mistakes/have the same weak areas and there is only a limit to those I can fix myself. Hence I'm here.
