Ranked team/Dynamic Queue

Looking to make a serious Ranked team for Dynamic queue. Currently I am gold 2 and looking to hit Plat within the next two weeks. A very strict strategy will be used in every game, anybody who does not follow the strategy and who does not listen to the shot calls will be removed from the group immediately and without hesitation, hence don’t bother enlisting unless you are serious about climbing. Further details about strategy and gameplay will be discussed once a team is assembled. Here is a list of the requirements:
