The current roster is filled with a variety of different skill levels and players. But please do not let this deter you from considering this opportunity... All ranks are welcome, but do realize we expect you to play at a high, consistent level. Gold+ ranking is highly recommended, but with a stellar performance any rank could make it onto the team.
As of right now Me and the support have been on a total of four "Managed Teams". Meaning that they were under consideration of sponsorship multiple times. As we continued into this season both of us placed about 3 divisions lower than our s6 rankings. After lots of consideration and schedule management we have finally decided to go out and recruit a roster for another team.
The Try outs you work through for these positions will have us evaluate you both In and out of the game.
- Expect scenario/decision making questions
- Expect in game performance evaluations (Scrims) and group replay analysis.
- Expect an environment in which you will be challenged/criticized
The Bottom line here is that we play to win. THIS IS NOT A "FUN" TEAM. When we practice, we PRACTICE. For those 2 - 4 hours we are going non-stop focus mode. The end goal here is what you make it. If you want to join a team for practice, no problem. If you want to join a team for compete league, sure, I'm game to give it a try. If you want to join a team to possible reach higher levels of play, this is definitely the team for you!
