TGS IS LOOKING FOR A COACH

Hey all, So awhile ago I created a post recruiting a full 5v5 competitive League of Legends team That teams name is, The Goon Squad

First off, I'd like too say that we have had tremendous amounts of success, winning around 70% of our games and losing only 30%. That 30% is something that I would like to fix

After talking with the team we agreed that we would all like to recruit a coach

Some things you should know before you consider us...

Positions: Top: Fozz (Plat 3) Jungle: FlyersBIATCH (Plat 1) Mid: Octaviot (Plat 2) ADC: Twilight Mole (The middle "I" is a capital "i") (Plat 2) Support: lossgann (Plat 4)

These names are our IGN's (In game we address each other on a first name basis)

Strong Suites:

• Team-fighting
• Champ Select (Not only picking champs that counter our opponents, but also work well with our composition)
• Taking the correct objectives after successfully winning a team-fight
• Communication (We laugh ALL the time, one of the greatest environments I've ever played in)
• After a loss we are able to re-establish our posture and get ready to win the next game

Weaknesses (Trending in both wins and losses):

• Small amounts of negativity after mistakes (This happens very rarely, but still happens)
• If everyone loses lane we tend to have very lax and slow communication
• Split pushing (We have had very small amounts of success with this)
• Map rotations

**Requirements ** Teamspeak, Skype, Discord

Leadership skills.

• If we decide to recruit you as our coach you will be in charge of the team on and off the rift. We would like to have you handle a multitude of things such as: what champs we practice, scrimmage times, tournament registration, VOD reviews, and anything else you think we need to improve. Note If you think your struggling with all this I would be glad to help you recruit and assistance or mangers/analysts you need.

Payment The coaches payment will be around 20% of what the team earns IN TOTAL All Payments will be transferred VIA PayPal Note 20% seems low, but keep in mind that although the players get 80% each of us will in total only get 16% of what we win, leaving you with the highest payment

"So how do I try out?" So, what makes a good coach? Identifying and fixing mistakes. As a try out we would like you to watch 3 of our games and identify any trending mistakes you think we have (We all signed up for replay.gg). I would then like you to email me and set up a time in which you will address us as a group and tell us what such trending problems are.

Special thanks to...

• Anyone who read this ENTIRE post
• Any future coaches :D
