B1 looking for a way out of bronze

I have been dropping a lot of duo games recently because i try to duo with high silvers and we draw golds on the other team while we get stuck with silver 5s. Then again solo queuing as an adc or support is rough so i tried solo top and it worked for a while then the feeders came out to play and been stuck in b1 ever since.

To clarify I am not looking for a someone to carry me out just looking for some help. A carry would be nice as long as you can also help me improve my skills.
