there is no quick way, find something that wins and youre good on it, dont try to reinvent the meta. play it continously and adapt when needed. That's the way out. Back in season 2 or 3 my out was renekton and riven top. I would smash my lane and I had to learn how to move that lead into a win. There's a learning curve you just cant cheat yourself out of.

Find a cheesy overloaded, powerful, and simple to play hero. People will hate you for it, but if it's in the game it's fair game.

I'm not ranked yet, but I will say don't worry exclusively about climbing. Worry about getting better and having fun. This will keep you from tilting so hard that you readjust the earth's rotational axis.

That is the biggest problem players have in team based ranked games. They always place the blame on someone else rather than look at their own mistakes and wonder if there was something they could do to turn it around.
