Looking for someone to help me (mad solo que tilt)

Currently silver 3 last season gold 5 but i only played for half the season. So far this season ive played 32 games and only won 12! like wtf... and at least 7-8 of these games were super close my team and i just throw last minute. Considering my win rate is 38% my confidence is shattered... last season my win rate was 58% and ik 32 games is little to judge if those games went my way id be above 50%. What im asking for is a good player to yes (carry) a few games for me get me back on track and most importantly my confidence back. Ik im not an amazing player but i certainty don't think im a bad one. Ive been changing roles this season too which is bad for my progress.
