Looking for help to climb out of Silver

Hey guys, Qster5678 here. I'm currently looking for a duo partner who can achieve a consistent, strong KDA and can help me carry games. I am confident with a strong player we can climb with ease. I'm a mid/jungle main, currently in silver 5, just dropped from silver four, after solo climbing from Bronze 3. I play Diana, Leblanc, and Azir mid in ranked. I am comfortable on Viegar. I am also a good Amumu jungle, and can play other junglers to fit peoples needs and team comps. I am also comfortable with tank Diana top if need be. My victory KDA is usually around 5-8, my losing KDA usually 2.5-3, usually because of how as Diana you have to dive people for kills. My playing times are a bit rough due to me living in Japan. I currently play 8pm-10pm on week days, most of the day on weekends, although summer vacation is coming up so I will be more flexible. Comment below if interested.
