Looking for help to get from silver to Gold

Right now im Silver IV almost into promotion series, but im looking for skilled team to help me get all the way up to Gold, im decent skilled but not down to the smallest detail skilled, just average player trying to have fun but want to win my matches, im hard on people that throw my game's. and can some times be hard to be around but that i feel that just comes with the game being what it is, how i play is that i would say i can play decently but not well enough to fight 1 vs 4, so i need decent team to be with, just so they don't feed enemy team, cause that's how i mainly lose my games is being on a team of try hards that are underskilled and all they manage to do diving the enemy team is giving up kills well i manage to just sustain myself trying for mid to late game, but then end up losing because the enemy team just comes and stacks in my lane tell they shove out the tower. so for me just getting on a team of people that dont feed the enemy team would work for me, but if i can get a team that carries well i wouldn't mind, cause there are just those kinda of games were you do the carrying and others you get carried, I try to fight and help my team but most times i just get ignored and they do there own b.s. kinda of crap that costs me the match 15 mins into the game and then all they understand how to do is refuse the surrender vote for another 15 mins tell the enemy finale just takes the base cause its so 1 sided the enemy team can just waste time getting dragon buffs and like 3 barons and my team cant counter them cause i had 3 people on my team feeding heavily early game cause they refused to listen to me or my pings and got cought in over chasing or diving enemy towers getting kited around the enemy tower, if u cant land the kill with 1 hit then dont dive instead back off and just farm cs cause 1 kill just amounts to like 6-8 cs and isnt worth giving up kills to get 1 kill.
