3 v 3 Ranked Teammates?

Good afternoon, Summoners! I've been playing for a while now, and I've always wanted to create an actual Ranked Team. We could start 3 v 3s, and, if the team gets bigger, we could even go 5 v 5. I don't want to create a team just to win. In fact, I only want to have fun and get a ranked division while we're at it. Some of the things I wanna clarify, are...

*I don't want to have super serious people, just people who want to have fun. *Voice-chat is not required, but if you guys want to do it, I'm up for it. *Doesn't matter if you're Bronze, Silver or unranked, we'll get there anyway. *No ragers please. I understand sometimes people get frustrated, but rage and frustration are different.
