gold player looking for duo

i've been stuck between gold 4 and 5 gold for a while now and can't seem to get out. I come to the conclusion that i need a competant duo partner to get to plat. I carry most my games but aparently 1 person can't carry 4 people that won't even listen. It is so fustrating. My last game i win my lane 9/1 in like 15 min and i proceed to lose the game iwth a final score of 25/9/15 playing anivia. my team refused to listen and because of that we lose. I'm looking for a real duo partner, preferably a smurf, to go all the way. My last couple duo partners either quit after a few games or were terrible. I'm looking for someone to help carry, not be carried. About me? I have an overall kda of about 2.8-2.9 and main mid lane with a kda of about 3.4. I am about 180 points away from top 300 anivia in North America, just need to get to ~gold 3 and i'll be there. Add me in game or reply on this forum thing. Please, if you have a kd of lower than 2 restrain yourself from contacting me, that means your being carried not carrying. This may seem harsh but i'm in it to win it and am not goign to pull luggage in my games.
