Ranked Team Looking for a dedicated Coach

Hello,

We are a full roster team (Platinum Elo) looking for a good coach for free that can help develop the team and take us to the next level. We are very hungry to compete, and have a lot of mutual respect for each other. There are so many things that I want to accomplish as the founder of the team, and although we are encouraged to go for more than this, our primary goal is to climb the ladder and improve as a team and individual players in general.

Things that interest us about the Coach:

• Set goals and objectives for the players individually and as a team to ensure their progression

• Identifying the team’s strength and weaknesses and incorporating this knowledge into the practice and game plan

• Frequently evaluating the performance of the individuals in the team and providing them with suitable feedback, balanced criticism and motivating comments

• Pregame setup, champion select and gameplay strategies

• Analyze replays of livestream footage from last practice

• Work closely with individual players by talking 1 on 1

If we just described you, please send us a message in this post, and we will contact you with a friend request.
