Looking for a mid coach

Hey guys, so I am a S5 mid laner, and I recently joined a team where we had a scrim, and I got my butt handed to me by a Gold 1. I am just looking for someone who would be willing to coach me a little bit, and help me improve as a laner. My problem is he just out CSed me, out traded, and zoned me the entire game.

Any help would be great guys!
