Just so you won't waste any time reading further I will post the absolute basics of what you must have to join this team:

Dedication. This will mean showing up to scheduled practices and trying your best each and every game. This team is meant to grow TOGETHER and improve TOGETHER so if you aren't there you won't be part of the team.

Desire to improve. I don't give a damn if you are the best player we tried out for the role. You WILL NOT get a spot on the team if you do not want to improve at the game. I will go into depth later on in the post.

Friendly attitude. I have been on many a team where all people do is bash others for their picks and rage. This is not acceptable at all. I understand you may get frustrated but the moment you start getting too angry is the moment I start looking for a replacement, which as stated above isn't really something I want to do. I will not tolerate anyone saying hurtful things to other players or just straight up bashing them for poor play. If you see something happen by all means please bring it up after the game has ended but be constructive about it.

Take and give criticism. As stated above, please be able to give criticism. But be kind about it. The way I deal with things is one person talks about what they saw and the other person responds to it. There is no yelling or fighting.

I started season 5 as a bronze 2 and worked my ass off to get to plat that alone will show you I am willing to improve. Also, I left my last team because of your point about people getting frustrated and raging at each other. We all get mad but bring up mistakes post-game don't flame people for stupid stuff in-game, it only lowers morale. Why should I pick you: At the moment, my match history isn't great. The past 2-3 days I've been struggling in solo queue. When you try me out, you'll see I always want to win and I shine much better in ranked 5s than in solo queue simply because it helps as a jungler to have communication with the team. If I join the team you'll see how dedicated I'll be to make us better and succeed as a team. Do you think you'll be able to play to the standards given: Absolutely, I have similar standards. Strengths: I only play jungle. I have very good decision making and awareness and I am able to analyze my mistakes to improve rapidly. Weaknesses: I don't have amazing game knowledge and I'm working on it, I know what champions do of course but I don't know cooldowns and sometimes make errors in my calculations. Two Strike Policy: Unfortunately I'm not sure what you're talking about Tell me about yourself: My name is Jake, I'm an insanely competitive person both in sports and in video games. I've played Baseball, Wrestling, Football, CS:go, Hearthstone and league and I try to win in everything i do. I'm not the type that will rage when we lose, i simply analyze what went wrong and try to fix it next game. One thing I cannot stand is flaming after someone makes a mistake, that is not productive. Instead I like to see constructive criticism that actually improves what went wrong.

-Why do you want to join this team?:I always wanted to join a team and improve myself a player. But I haven't had any luck finding a team that sticks together for a while.

-Why should I pick you?: I always look to improve and I always have fun playing the game no matter what. I really friendly and don't rage.

-Why should I pick you?: You should pick me because I can offer the bold, but smart frontline that every team needs. I know when to peel, when to engage, and when to play passive. I can also be the shotcaller if necessary.

-Why do you want to join this team?: I seriously wanna be party of a team that all look to improve I wanna make my skills as a team player and top player and possible ADC skills to become the best i can possible make them.

-Why should I pick you?: Every season i have improved in rank or skill or ability to understand the game better, I haven't had a new season when i didn't achieve a new goal like Silver 1 or gold 5 ( This season Goal).

-Why do you want to join this team?: been looking for a good solid ranked team again, been on hiatus and i'm ready to come back.

-Why should I pick you?: I've played on many ranked teams and have the mindset to do so. I can shot call and listen and follow orders if needed, I can analyze matches as well, since I played and analyze matches for previous teams.

-What are your strengths as a player?: Shotcalling, passive if need to be, aggressive, non toxic

I'm a server and sometimes my shifts are closing shifts. I usually stay awake for a while.

-Why do you want to join this team?: I'm a very old League of Legends player who has been through most types of "groups". I've yet to actually try to become a serious player in the means of joining a team, sticking and playing together over long periods of time. I've never really had the growth relationship of a team in any game, and obviously I'm pretty passionate about what I love. I think the main reason why I would want to join any team, regardless of which, is the fact that it would be a close group of players doing what they love and succeeding. Even if you don't succeed, you'll build together and become better in the long run.

-Why should I pick you?: I'm a well seasoned player who has been playing since July of 2010. I've played most roles, all characters, and have seen the game change tremendously. I'm a very friendly person and I'm huge on sticking together and doing things the proper way the first time.

-Do you think you will be able to play to the standards given?: Yes.

-What are your strengths as a player?: (Talking as a person, and a gamer) I have great awareness. I'm very friendly, encouraging and helpful. I've been a mid-mage and support main for over five years. I know the ins & outs about everything for the most part, and I can help usually everyone with anything they're confused about, how they could have played something better, what I can do to help them improve and any of that sort.

-What are your weaknesses?: My weaknesses include jungling, roaming over farming and laughing.

I've literally never excelled in the jungle role and would heavily prefer never to be it if it were a serious situation.

I tend to take farm over roaming when I'm playing mid and it's typically a bad habit-- obviously if other lanes needs help or anything of the sort.

I enjoy laughing a lot, and sometimes I laugh a little bit much. I've not had any sort of complains or anything, and I usually try to make everyone laugh. That may cause conflict-- doubtful, but everyone's different.

-Tell me a little about yourself: I'm a twenty-one year old guy from Nottingham, England who loves to draw, sing and be around people. I live in the states. I'm usually always friendly to everyone and I'm never upset about anything.

I am flexable as a player and can fill both a carry top role or a tank/supportive role. My teleports are on point
