Jg/mid laner lf team or duo

relatively new player I hit 30 right before the end of season and placed in silver 5 as a mid laner. I started jungling in pre season and I have a decent sized champion pool. for jg and {{champion:45} for mid I also have a little experience top but prefer these rolls. Right now I'm stuck in bronze and dont think ill make it out without a someone else to help me carry the games. Someone plz help me out of this nightmare.
