[LFM] Obsidian eSports Looking for a Top

Obsidian eSports is currently looking for a top laner. We're a semi-serious team that is dedicated to improving together and will participate in tournaments. This team is newly formed and therefore, this will be a learning experience for the co-coaches and the rest of the team. Practice will be on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays starting at 6:30 PST.

There are a few requirements/rules that you will abide by if you join Obsidian eSports.

  1. Racism, sexism, homophobia or any discriminatory speech will not be tolerated. Any hate speech will be a guaranteed ticket to being kicked out of this community.
  2. You must be able to make it to practice if you do not tell me beforehand that you cannot make it. We will be utilizing spreadsheets after every Sunday's practice in order to plan out our week's practice times. If you do not mark that you are busy during this time or you do not tell me AT LEAST several hours before practice starts, this will count as a strike. Each member will be given three strikes.
  3. Each player must have a working microphone. This will be the primary way we communicate during games. The platform through which we will communicate will be Discord.
  4. As this is a competitive team, I will be only accepting TEAM MEMBERS that are Gold V or above. However, anyone can join this community or be a secretary.
  5. Must be able to take criticism. On certain days, we might watch a replay of a game and go over it together. If you cannot take constructive criticism, this is not the place for you.

Rules aside, this community will be a place where players can grow together and receive tips and guidance. We will be having fun and joking around, despite the seriousness you see in this block of text. If you would like to apply for the top lane position, please fill out the form below.

Diamond Dancin Gold 4 Gold 2 Solo, Silver 5 flex. I dont play flex queue and when I do its with a bunch of my lower skilled friends. No team experience Strengths: Engaging, making calls, communication, and map awareness, ability to take criticism, and the want to learn the game . Weaknesses: I have a lot to learn about the game. Champ pool: When top lane I pick Malphite, Renekton, or Trundle when the team needs engage/ tanks. I learned Fiora pretty well while ranking up in solo queue this season. I am willing/ able to learn picks like Poppy, Camille, Shen and ect. I am available at all times I do have a mic.
