Plat Support/Mid/ADC LF serious team

Just recently climbed back into plat after hitting a large plateau and dropped. Looking for a serious team that is friendly. I'm mostly free all days. The main goal of mine for finding a team is experiencing some competitive play outside of solo queue and improving my team work abilities since I'm used to only playing solo.
