Just to note, he was a good player when I played with him last night. Hit his CS, still poked in lane, very rarely caught out (only when the game was already over), focused heavily on farming.

Could use his help a little in team fights. It is iffy, we were super behind so farming is good, but when the team goes all in sometimes you just need to commit. But this was a team miscommunication problem more than anything.

I don't know if he always plays safe. But if that is a strategy you are good with, then definitely go for it. I only play Flex though, so hit me up again sometime.
