Season 4 Gold 3 Support/Jungle main looking for ranked 5's team

Hey all, I am a Support/Jungle main, I was Gold 3 last season and am currently 4-1 in placements. I am looking for a ranked 5's team who is going to hold practices at least a couple times a week. I am looking to improve my own play, as well as improve my teamwork by playing 5's. I am an aggressive, teamwork oriented player who is easy going and willing to try new things.
