Jungle/Support Main Looking for Ranked 5's Team

Hey all, I am a jungle/support main looking for a somewhat serious 5's team to play with regularly, hopefully with scheduled practices. I have been on several teams before, but they seem to vaporize after a few weeks. I was gold 3 last season, I'm currently 7-2 in promos. Post here or add me in game if you have a spot for me!
