Top/supp Main looking for Ranked partner(s)

Bronze IV, won 4/10 Provisionals, maining Gnar top and Braum Support right now, but prefer top when I can get it. I'd really like to find a jungler I can start teaming up with on a regular basis. I destroy lane easily with Gnar against almost any opponent, can almost guarantee that the enemy jungler will camp my lane when I'm up there. Hoping to find a jungler or two that I can develop a team relationship with to help with counter ganks.
