Diamond 3 42lp Finishing, Looking for serious duo to Masters (No tilt)

I am a very dedicated diamond player looking to get to masters. I have a lot to learn and a long way to go before I have the skill really needed to be masters. I am willing to learn and go and take advice. I don't stand for the "your booster, you suck, you are bronze" sort of comments. I want to find a fun, serious person to duo with to hit masters and get better at the game. Everyone has bad games, I will understand when you do, I would appreciate the same. I work a full time job but am always open to playing after work and on weekends. The goal this upcoming season is masters 300 lp. I currently sit diamond 3 with 42 lp, which is where I will end the season. If I had more time I would have tried to get further. Sadly I did not.
