D3 Seeking Duo/Team for this season and next. Want to set up hardcore team, no tilt

I am looking to set up a team for ranked, for this season and next. I am currently d3, but since their is no way I will get placed there anywhere in plat to diamond will be just fine. I am looking for players who are dedicated to getting better, and are not going to flame. Everyone has bad games, thats how you learn, and cant have angry people attacking each other while we all try to improve. Anyone who is in masters who might want to join, train me/carry me is also welcome. I am very good at taking advice and want to be practicing lots. I run a stream on twitch, and would also like it if anyone who joins happens to have one. I think its a great way to build a solid community of nice, welcome people.
