LF duo parnter to practise with in bot lane

Hey guys, LF duo bot lane. I play both so you can play either as well. I want to run normal, because I had a 2 week long business trip so I need to practice more. I was S1 last season on my EUW account, and on my NA account I got B2 ;/ lol. Shit happens I guess, plus seasons are decently long so I'm going to practice as much as I can to reach my goal which is gold. I'm a fast learner and anxious to climb so any elo can join, if you want. I get this question every time, so to clarify before hand, I am a man.
