Leveling a smurf account

Hey guys, I'm leveling a smurf account so does anyone want to play? Playing solo's with a low lvl account is a nightmare. So many trolls, and personnel who really never played before. Any elo is cool, but I pref you have some kinda knowledge. I'm level 8 with xp boost on.
