PLS HELP ME!! 5th season playing , over 4k hours in ranked. brozne 4.

idk where to go, who to talk to, but im about to just plain uninstall and leave for good. no matter what i do i dont get anywhere. ive spent countless hours searching and watching vids and shitt nothing works for this trash elo. dont want boosted buy someone just someone to play games with and help carry the load would be nice also. would pref someone plat 3+ with experience in coaching or helping bronze players. I HAVE NO MONEY AND WILL GIVE YOU NONE. im just a experienced league player needing to stop staying in bronze and to figure out what to do to leave this place. if i dont get out of this by the end of this season i will permenently uninstall and along with that not inv anyone to play this game. at this point in my mind its all rigged for people to never get out of bronze once here. i have no one to play with amymore as everyone i know is gold or higher and doesnt care to talk or play with me untill im out of here.

PLS PLS PLS HELP!!!!!!!!!! ADD ME INGAME only if you truely care to help or want to duo.

NOTE: i have over 600 games this season with a 51% win rate on 2 accs and cannot leave b5-4 for any longer then a week. again pls help

but i'm sure as fuck not going to duo with you and carry you out of bronze

I agree with the first posts. I was Plat 5 last season(sup main) and in a similar situation as you as I am in a constantly climb and descend between Gold 5 promos to S1. But I also placed bronze last season and was able to climb out, and I believe that you can as well. Somethings that helps me is:

I don't play any champs that I have a below 50% win rate on already.. No matter how good you **think **you are or even if you do well in a game some champs you won't be able to win on depending on your individual mechanics , game knowledge , and meta sometimes . A lot of people will tell you to play what you're good on and what you're comfortable on, but there is no point spamming a champion that you can't win on. So find a balance between both.

For example, last season one of my favorite picks was akali. Even though I ended the season with a 9/5/6 KDA , out of the 12 games I played on her i have exactly a 0% win rate. So I stopped playing her, unless it was in a normal.

If you lose more than 3 games in a row, stop playing rank for the rest of the day. It's a form of self preservation and can normally prevent tilting. (As someone who has been on losing streaks ,This will work wonders if you can stick with it.)
_**Consistent **_Gold is important. I can't stress this enough. You will usually always win a game by focusing on objective and CS (gold income) as oppose to relying on kills. Bronze players tend to focus more on kills and making plays.
Have a good attitude. Don't be too hard on yourself, or your teammates ! bad games happen and people aren't perfect. Your teammate might have gone through some tough shit IRL, and not everyone may have dreams and aspirators to climb and be pro. I find myself never responding or talking to my teammates unless it's a compliment, and if you're the kind of person who will get upset by someone making a remark, then mute everyone in the game.
If you're unsure about what to build or use as runes or masteries for a champion, always check on Pro builds.
I don't duo with my friends. (or many people) unless I trust that they are going to play seriously and pull their own weight.
Don't rely on any to carry you out of bronze. You'll only decay. There are so many elo boosted people who can't even play rank or climb.
