Looking for some Down and DIrty training.

Just looking for someone who is of a higher teir (Plat 3+) to help me drill in the game to become a better League player. I have several higher teir friends who I play with occasionally and I play 10x better with them calling the shots and telling me what to do and when. Want someone to do this regularly with so that I can make each of those things second nature.
