Season 4 Gold 4 Looking for a Team [ADC][Lucian/Twitch]

I'm looking for that team that doesn't care where it gets placed. I'm looking for a team that doesn't separate at the sight of loses. When I started playing ranked I got placed in bronze 2, got to bronze 5 and didnt stop playing. I played and played for a year until I finally understood the game. I ranked up and got the rank that I have now with sheer effort. I have organized after-school events for gaming and people go to them (30). I promote this game and I'm looking for people that are willing to play as a team and accept each others flaws. I'm looking for a team that even if it is placed in Bronze 5, it keeps playing, until they raise to their best. Ranked system is not made for people to keep restarting. It is made to rank you against other teams, what makes 5v5 feel good is beating other teams in your league. "Killing champions doesn't make you good.
