Ranked team, in need of serious players

What's up guys? My name is Sam, I've been playing games for my whole life and I've been playing league for 3 years. My main focus at this point is to start a brand new and fresh team of talent now that I'm in Diamond Qualification getting ready for season 5!

WHAT IM LOOKING FOR I'm looking for passionate players(top, support, jungle) who are willing to show up to practice or give advance notice if they cannot make it and do what they need to do. The game is frustrating, your teammates will be frustrating, but we need solid and contructive players that are willing to overlook differences and think before lashing out. You must be willing to talk and speak efficiently. I think Platinum or Diamond is easily achievable by the end of this season for all 5 solo que ranks and a team rank as well. KEY POINTS -A solo que rank of atleast Plat 3+ (Nothing less) -Previous Team experience -Knowledge of AT LEAST (cannot stress this enough) 5 different champions for your role -Availability for 4-5 hours anywhere between 3pm-930pm EST. -Availability for 3-4 days a week minimum -Your level of commitment to a league team on a scale of 1-10

For the next step I'll be interviewing you all each individually and looking for all these key points in the interview, We will be using skype/curse voice for the interview so please download if you haven't already.
