High Plat/Low Diamond player looking for a ranked 5's team.

Hello my name is Samuel, I am 19 years old and a Plat1/Diamond5 ADC/Mid laner looking for a serious and competitive 5's team to play on. Est time zone, extensive champion pool and am very flexible schedule-wise. I would like to make it somewhere with this game and I need to start somewhere. My strengths include a very team oriented mind-set, very focused and dedicated individual and I am a VERY QUICK learner. My weaknesses include some mechanical faults on certain champions, not a good shot caller and my PC needs an upgrade.
