Silver 3 ADC/Support player looking for team

Just looking for a team to climb with in ranked, I main ADC and Support, but can play mid as well (champion pool in mid is just small). Would also be interested in starting a team. Everyone on the team should have at least a 50% win ratio (otherwise you're not going to climb are you?)
