Horizon Gaming Looking for Players and Coaches

Were looking for at least 10 players to create 2 teams that can act as scrim partners as well as a network for improvement. The purpose of this is to create a development platform for players to improve their communication and gameplay, eventually enter tournaments in the future, and hopefully maintain teams/players for a long period of time. I also need some back up players in case any main players cant make it on, I dont require the back ups to be on as regularly as the main players. I need more coaches that can help me watch the teams games and keep track of the players, anyone can qualify for the coaching position and i dont require you to be on as much as the players.

What im looking for: I am looking for committed players with lenient schedules, I have been on a few ranked teams and decided to start my own because seems like a lot of the players I was with just couldnt be on enough for us to play ranked regularly. I need people who can give and take criticism without taking it too harshly, we are all trying to learn as a team and as individual players, so if someone makes a mistake in game dont immediately point it out, take the situation as it is try and make the best call in the game and discuss things that happened good or bad afterwords. I want to have a schedule for us to have regular practices so if you could please tell me your work or school schedule that would help out a lot, practices will be required but I can understand if something comes up and you arent able to make practice, but I would like to be notified as soon as possible. Weekends we will have off for practice but once a month I would like to try and attend some online tournaments and see if we can get some free RP or other prizes, so if we could all take one weekend a month to play a tournament and the rest for fun that would be perfect.

My role on the team: I would like to serve as a captain and a coach, I watch a lot of LCS games and I spend hours thinking of strategies and watching footage of games I have played finding mistakes and good calls.

Rules:

1. I am the owner, and I will not have any player look down upon me because of rank, treat me and everyone else on the team with respect, I have fun and am a laid back guy but if you start to not listen I will be firm with you.
2. You need to show up to practice regularly, if you cant make it to practice I need to know in advanced or immediately when the scheduled practice time starts. If a player doesnt show up to practice and doesnt tell me why before you will get 1 strike, 3 strikes and you will be removed from the team. I am fine with you being missing as long as you tell me so the rest of the team and I arent wasting our time waiting for you.

5. I have a team website that has the practice schedule on it, CHECK THE WEBSITE AND SCHEDULE REGULARLY FOR UPDATES!
6. Must be Gold+

We need players to be able to play atleast 10 hours a week and coaches to analyze game footage with me in there spare time.

Tryouts will be on Monday August 17th at 2 PM Central Time.
