Recruiting Jungler for Ranked 5s Tournament Team

Hi everyone, my names is Legit Camel im currently Silver 1 ADC, but i was gold 4 earlier in the season. Im looking to start up a team to compete in tournaments on http://www.arenaonline.com/ if your not familiar with it they are making a client that hosts tournaments for all ranks everyday with rewards that vary, ill talk more about it later. Rank doesnt matter, but you need to be willing to climb elo in the coming months to compete with these stronger teams.

What im looking for: The schedule wont be very strict at first, we have a lot of time to get ready for these tournaments because the client wont be released into beta from another month. I want people who are willing to stick around and punch in a couple hours a week into practice and work on solo que when we arent able to practice. When the client is released the schedule will be much more strict and im hoping everyone on the team is comfortable with each other by then, and we can practice more ranked 5s and compete in tournaments regularly. Also I want a support willing to duo que with me a lot so we can build synergy. I will also be needing someone willing to shot call because my position isnt the best for it.

Arena Online: This is for everyone not familiar with what is being release, the client will automatically take your team and place you into tournaments and the rewards will range from RP, cash, and the clients own currency that lets you enter into the pay to play tournaments. Obviously the pay to play tournaments have cash prizes and eventually that is what i want to be doing but i wont jump into those until i know we can do well. The beta releases in november and that should be plenty of time to practice for RP tournaments. Although to get beta access you need to donate to their indiegogo page, which i already have, but i understand if someone cant so IM NOT GOING TO REQUIRE you to donate to the indiegogo page for beta, UNLESS multiple members of the team do then i will require it. Rules:

1. Show up to scheduled practices.
2. I wont consider you for the team unless you read the post so put ArenaOnline if you read it.
3. If you are a lower rank and trying out for the team (Bronze, Silver, Gold) realize we are shit and have a lot to improve on not just as a team but as individual players, if you cant climb its because of you doing something wrong and try to improve on it.
4. Criticism, everyone can give each other constructive criticism and i encourage it, i dont want the person recieving it to take it personally, you cant improve until you realize what you are doing wrong, and some people can help you see that.
5. Climb elo, im willing to duo que with everyone on the team and I want everyone else too as well.

Wrap up: Just to glaze over everything one more time so you know what this team is about, I dont want to jump into ranked 5s and just try to play that everyday because some people have conflicting schedules so understand that at first we wont be practicing everyday but play solo que whenever possible. This team is for mainly tournament play with the new client that Arena Online is designing, and im starting the team earlier than the release so we can build synergy and practice to be ready for the tournaments. In February they have a big $15,000 tournament that we can compete in if we get good enough to receive an invite which is a big goal for us but if we cant reach it, wont be the end of the world.
