Looking to create a team

I just hit level 30 got ranked bronze 4. I am new to this game i am also looking to recruit people who are preferably new in hopes of organizing a team to improve. If you know you're going to have a negative attitude like all these try-hards, please don't even bother contacting me as i am serious in forming my team and building my players not breaking them down. At this point in the game i really dont care how good you can play just as long as you are willing to play and improve.

Roles available: Top, Mid, ADC and support.
